A little wildness from Vyacheslav Legkobit (1941- ), studying it, it may be a wolf fish wearing this red cap and listening to a clam gramophone held aloft by a lobster, but what ever it has wolfish magic to me.
I have shared Vyacheslav Legkobit's work on theartroomplant but information about this fantastic artist is hard to come by. He was born near Kiev in 1941 but sadly orphaned when both his parents died during the war. He was adopted by the family who gave him his surname. In 1964 he studied briefly at the Faculty of Graphic Art at the Kiev Art Institute. It seems he had an unhappy marriage and some sort of crisis before disappearing into obscurity.
