This is part of a series of folklore illustrations by Estonian illustrator Regina Lukk-Toompere. Regina often uses a limited palette of black, white and red and so her work is very suitable as LRH imagery. The detailed style reminded me of the work of Glenda Sburelin.
the decorative motives are very typical for Estonian knitwear and other textile heritage :)
